Return Policy

I hope you are satisfied with your order. But if for any reason things don’t go as planned there are a couple of things that can be done.


Items that are damaged, or faulty

I am making sure everything being shipped is in the best condition and quality. But if something happens and it is not your fault please contact me through the Contact Form, or mail me and give me all the information of your purchase, date and items and explain me the problem. In this case you will either get partially or fully refunded or be sent a new item. You need to send the item back for inspection of course and all actions will be taken.
If you are returning products that are not faulty or damaged and you just no longer want it or you made a mistake when you ordered, then the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility.

In this case you need to contact me and explain that you no longer want the product, you ship it back to me and include inside the package your details. When I receive the item I will refund the item cost only and not the shipping. Also to return an item, it needs to be in the original packaging and not be altered chemically, or have it cut or used in any way.


Cancellations

Once and order has been sent, I cannot cancel it, you need to wait until you get the item and then follow the steps above to return it to me.

 

ATTENTION

If you ruin an item you just got, trying to blame me or my business is not going to work. I have had people mistreating my products and then they wrote essays in mails, tutoring me that I am the one to blame and not them.
ONCE you use the item, the item is not returnable and not refundable! I hope this is clear.
